Duties of occupier on the issue of notice under section 4. - On the issue of a notice under section 4,- (i) it shall be duty of every occupier within the affected area to carry out the preventive or remedical measure specified in such notice; and (ii) it shall be duty-of every male person to render assistance in such manner as has specified in the notice.
