Registration of para-medical establishments.–– No person shall open, keep or carry on a para-clinical establishment without being registered as such under the Act and except in accordance with the terms of registration granted under the Act: Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to a para-clinical establishment which is in existence on the date of commencement of the Act, for a period of six months from such date or where an application is made within that period in accordance with provisions of section 28 of the Act, till such time as, the application is disposed of.
