Protection of action taken in good faith.–– No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Prescribed Authority or any Officer or other employee of the Government or of the Prescribed Authority or any other person authorized by the Government for any thing which is, in good faith done or intended to be done under the Act or the rules made thereunder.
