Officers and persons exercising powers under this Act to be public servants.––All officers appointed under this Act and every person authorised to exercise any power conferred, or to perform any duties imposed, on him by 250 FRUIT NURSERIES (LICENSING) ACT, 1987 or under this Act shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the State Ranbir Penal Code.
