Officers and employees to be public servants.–– All officers and employees shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions 122 FISHERIES ACT, 2018 of this Act or any rule made thereunder, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Ranbir Penal Code, Svt. 1989.
