Bar of Jurisdiction of Civil Courts.–– No civil court shall have jurisdiction to deal with or decide any question which the Licencing Officer, 120 FISHERIES ACT, 2018 the Appellate Authority or, as the case may be, the Government is empowered to deal with or decide by or under this Act and no injunction shall be granted by the Civil Court in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any provision of this Act.
