Failure to take precaution.–– Whoever fails without reasonable cause to comply with any of the requirements specified in notification issued under sub- section (1) of section 13 or of a direction issued under sub-section (2) of that section shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees. 23.Wilfully obstructing fire-fighting operation.—Any person who wilfully obstructs or interferes with any member of the force who is engaged in fire-fighting operations shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
