Public notice how be made known.––Every public notice given under this Act shall be in writing over the signature of such officer of the Authority as it may direct and shall be widely made known in the locality to be affected thereby affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places within the said locality and announcing the same by beat of drum or by advertisement in local newspaper or by all these means and by any other means that the aforesaid officer may think fit.
