Members of the Authority.––(1) The Authority shall consist of 1[12] members including a 2[Chairman and Vice-Chairman] all of whom shall be appointed by the Government on such terms and conditions as the Government may specify. (2) The members of the Authority appointed under sub-section (1) shall hold office for such time as the Government may by notification determine.
