Application of Limitation Act.––Save as expressly provided in this Act, the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Limitation Act, Svt. 1955, shall apply to all claims in respect of debts in the proceedings under this Act as if such proceeding, were proceedings in a suit in civil court.
