Power of Board to review its order.––A Board may, on the application of any person interested, review any order passed by it other than an order passed in review and pass such as it thinks fit : Provided that it shall not under this section pass an order reversing or modifving any order affecting any person interested without giving such person an opportunity of being heard : Provided further that no application for review shall be entertained if pre- sented more than two months after the date of the order which the person interested seeks to get reviewed.
