Power of Board to decide questions arising on settlement of debts.––(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall have full powers to decide any question which may arise in any proceedings under this Act. (2) Any person aggrieved by an adjudication determining finally the rights of the parties under this section may appeal therefrom to the Appellate Authority to be appointed by the Government within a period of sixty days and in a case of appeals arising out of areas mentioned in the second proviso to section 4, twice such period, from the date of the order of such adjudication and the decision of the Appellate Authority to be appointed by the Government in appeal shall be final.
