Constitution of the Authority.––(1) With the commencement of this Act, the authorities for the propose of this Act in any Local Area, Municipal Area, Town Area, Notified Area or Area notified under the Jammu and Kashmir State Town Planning Act, 1963 shall be as under :–– (2) The Authority in respect of–– 2[(a) ‘Municipal Area’ notified under the J&K Municipal Act, Samvat 2008 ;
