Delegation.––The Authority may, by notification in the Govern- ment Gazette, direct that any power exerciseable by it under this Act except the power to make regulations, may also be exercised in such cases and subject to such condition, if any, as may be specified in the notification, by such officer or local authority as may be mentioned therein.
