Definitions.—In this Chapter :— (a) ‘Board’ means the Board of Directors of Jammu and Kashmir State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank; (b) ‘Agriculture and Rural Development Bank’ means Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank registered or deemed to be registered under this Act and admitted as a member of the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank; (c) ‘State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank’ means the Jammu and Kashmir State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank ; (d) ‘Trustee’ means the Trustee referred to in section 81.
