Restrictions on other transactions with non-member.—Save as is provided in sections 61 and 62 the transactions of a co-operative society with persons other than members shall be subject to restrictions if any, as may be prescribed : 6[Provided that in case of a Co-operative Credit Structure Society, the transactions with persons other than members shall be as decided by its committee.]
