Review.—(1) The Deputy Registrar, Joint Registrar, Additional Registrar or the Tribunal, Registrar as the case may be, may of its motion or on an application made by any person aggrieved by its order review its own order in any case and pass in reference thereto such order, as it thinks fit, after serving notice to the persons likely to be effected by such order and affording such persons an opportunity of being heard. (2) Any application for review under sub-section (3) by any party shall be made within thirty days from the date of the communication of the order of the Deputy Registrar, Joint Registrar, Additional Registrar, or the Tribunal as the case may be.
