Appeals to Tribunal and other Authorities.—Save as otherwise provided by this Act, an appeal shall lie from the original order or appellate order of Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, Joint Registrar, Addl. Registrar as follows :— (a) to the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies when the order, decision or award is made by Deputy Registrar ; (b) to the Additional Registrar, Co-operative Societies when the order, 126 CO-OPERATIVE SOCITIES ACT, 1989. decision or award is made by Deputy Registrar ; (c) to the Registrar when the order, decision or award is made by Additional Registrar and against such order and decisions as mentioned in clause (b) ; (d) to the Co-operative Tribunal when the order, decision is made by the Registrar : Provided that where an original order is confirmed on first appeal, no further appeal shall lie against the orders passed in first appeal.
