Delegation of powers of Board.—The Board may, if it think fit, delegate all or any of its powers under sections 126, 132 and 138 to an executive committee constituted by it consisting of two or more of its members of whom one shall be the Registrar or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Registrar or Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies.
