Mortgages executed in favour of Housing Society to stand vested in Housefed.—Notwithstanding anything contained in the Transfer of Property Act, 1978 the mortgages executed in favour of and all other assets transferred to Housing Society by the members thereof, shall with effect from the date such execution or transfer be deemed to have been transferred by such Housing Society to HOUSEFED.
