Rights of debenture holders.—The holders of the debentures shall have floating charge on— (a) all such mortgages and assets as are referred to in section 115 ; (b) the amount paid under such mortgages and remaining in the hands of the Housefed or of the trustee ; and (c) the other properties of Housefed.
