Mortgage Bank to be Agricultural Class.—Notwithstanding anything contained in section 6 of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Alienation Act, Samvat 1995, the State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank established under this Chapter shall be deemed to belong to an agricultural class throughout the Jammu and Kashmir State for the purposes of said Act.
