Establishment of brick kiln. - No brick kilns shall be established on any land which - (a) is agricultural land; (b) is fit for cultivation of any agricultural produce; (c) has not been declared as Banjri-Kadim in the Revenue records; or (d) is within the demarcated forest area of the State under the Jammu and Kashmir Forest Act, 190.
