Fixation of price. - The Government may, from time to time, by notification in the Govt. Gazette, fix the maximum prize of bricks for the whole State or for different areas thereof and different prizes may be fixed for different kinds of bricks having regard to the weight, size and compressive strength of bricks and also the ratio of half (broken) bricks per thousand.
