Payment of royalty. - Every kiln owner who is holding a valid licence shall extract and consume the clay for manufacture of bricks after obtaining a proper permit on payment of such royalty as may be prescribed to the Geology and Mining Department subject to revision after every two years. Non-payment of royalty shall make the licencee liable for recovery of royalty, fine, penalty and even cancellation of licence by the competent authority.
