Legal proceedings.––Where immediately before the commencement of this Act, the Board of Secondary Education was a party of any legal proceedings with respect to any property, rights or liabilities, the Board which succeeds to acquire that property or those rights or liabilities by virtue of this act shall be deemed to be substituted for the Board of Secondary Education as a party to those proceedings and the proceedings may continue accordingly.
