Facilities to be afforded to students studying and eligible for examinations of the Board of Secondary Education, University of Jammu or University of Kashmir in Secondary or Higher Secondary Education.— Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the regulations made thereunder, the Board shall provide (for such period as may be prescribed) for the instructions of the students of institutions admitted to the privileges of the University of Jammu or University of Kashmir or the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Secondary Education, who before the commencement of this Act were eligible for P. U. C. or B. A., B. Sc., B. Com. Part I of the said Universities or Matriculation or Higher Secondary Education in Secondary Core or Elective of the said Board of Secondary Education in Secondary or Higher Secondary Education, as the case may be, and for the examination of such students and other students in accordance with the prospectus of studies of the said University and the Board of Secondary Education.
