Officers of the Board.––Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the following shall be the officers of the Board, namely :–– (1) the Chairman ; (2) the Secretary to the Board ; (3) the Joint Secretaries to the Board ; (4) such other officers as may be declared by regulations to be the officers of the Board.
