Final order.––(1) If, after considering objections which may have been made in respect to the proposed order under section 6, on or before the specified date, the Government is of the opinion that the application should be granted, with or without modification, or subject to any restriction or condition, it may make an order accordingly. (2) Every order authorizing the construction of an aerial ropeway shall be published in the Government Gazette, and such publication shall be conclusive proof that the order has been made as required by this section.
