Preliminary investigations.––Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Government may accord sanction to any promoter to make such 54 AERIAL ROPEWAYS ACT, 2002 surveys, as may be necessary and require him to submit such detailed estimates, plans, sanctions, specifications and such further information as it may deem necessary for the consideration of the proposal.
