Delegation of District Judge’s powers.—A District Court may, with the previous sanction of 1[the High Court], delegate to any Subordinate Judge in the District the power conferred on a District Court by section 28, 29 and 30 of this Act and section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to be exercised by the Subordinate Judge in any specified portion of the districts, subject to the control of the District Court.
