Amendment of Acl 19 of 1970.-Wtth effect from the date of publi- cation of this Act in the Gazette, the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional functions as respects certain Corporatwns and Comp:mies) Act, 1970 ( 19 of 1970) shall have effect subject to the following amendment namely:- in clause (a) of section 2, the words and figures "or the Kerala Water A·1thority" established under section 3 of the Kerala Water Supply and , Sewerage Act, 1986," ;shall be added at the end.
