Prohzbztiotz of constructzmz of butldwgs, etc., over mur.-(1) No pe1son shall without the permission of the Authonty construct any private sueet, building, wall, fence or other structure on any sewer oft~e Authonty (2) If any pnvate street be constructed or any bUilding, wall, fence or structure e1ected on any ~ewer as aforesaid without the v.ntten penms~ion of the Authority, the Authonty may remove or otherwise deal with the same as it thmk fit. (3) The expenses mCUircd by· the Authonty in so doing shall b~ paid by the ownor of the pnvate street or of the buildmg, fence, wall,or other' structure or as the case rna,, be, by the person offending and shall be recoverable as .:tn atrear of charges pay.:tble under thi~ Act.
