(1) Any person aggrieved by the final order passed Under Section 46D may, within thirty days of the said order, prefer an appeal to the Superintending Engineer of the Authority having jurisdiction over the area, in such form and in such manner and accompanied by such fee as may be provided by the regulations. (2) No appeal under sub-section (1) shall be entertained unless an. amount equal to one third of the assessed amount is deposited within the period prescribed for the purpose. (3) The appellate authority referred to in sub-section (1) shall dispose of the appeal within thirty days after hearing the parties. (4) The orders of the appellate authority passed under sub-section (3) shall be final.] Inserted by Act 8 of 2009.
