Recovery of taxes,jees ~tid other sums due- (I) Any ~um due to the Authonty on account cf any tax, fee, cost of water, cost of collection and disposal of waste water, meter rent, penalty, damage or ,urcharge under this Act shall be recoverable as nre.us of land rLvcnue.
