Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act, tire Authority shall have the power to manufacture, market and sell packaged drinking water, mineral water, aerated water or any other processed water and goods or articles necessary for the water supply and sewerage in such manner as may be provided by regulations.] Inserted by Act 8 of 2009.
