Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Authority may, by general or special order, delegate either unconditionally or subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order, to any sub-committee appointed by it or to the Chairman, or the Managing Director or any other officer or Committee or officers of the Authority such of its powers and duties under this Act as it deems fit, not being its power and duties under sections 25, 28, 29 and 65.
