(1) The Government may by notification in the Gazette, amend the Schedule by adding any article to, or omitting any article from, the Schedule. (2) All references in this Act to the Schedule shall be construed as referring to such Schedule as for the time being amended in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1).
