Where under this Act any matter is required to be determined by arbitration, the matter shall be determined by a board of arbitrators consisting of three members of whom one each shall be nominated by the two parties concerned and the third by the Government or such other authority as may be empowered in this behalf by the Government. In all other respects, the arbitration shall be subject to the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1940 (10 of 1940).
