Any authority of the University may, subject to the previous approval of the Management Council shall have the power to make bye-laws not inconsistent with this Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations for the guidance of Board of Management, Management Councils and other bodies constituted under the provisions of this Act, Statutes and Ordinances.
