The Board of Management. (1) The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely: (i) The Vice Chancellor; (ii) The Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Department; (iii) The Secretary to Government, finance Department; (iv) The Secretary to Government, Law Department or one Additional Secretary nominated by him; (v) One member representing the Indian Council for Agricultural Research in the Management Council; (vi) One Dean of Faculty elected by the Management Council; (vii) One member elected from among the teachers in the Management Council, by the Management Council; (viii) Three non-official members of the Management Council elected by the Management Council of whom one shall be a member belonging to a scheduled caste or scheduled tribe and one shall be a woman; (ix) Two members of the Legislative Assembly of which one shall be representing to Constituency where the headquarters of the University is situated; (x) One nominee of Veterinary Council of India; (xi) the Registrar, who shall be the Member-Secretary.
