Validation of acts done, orders passed and sanctions given by the Vice-Chancellor, University of Kerala.—Notwithstanding anything contained in the Kerala University Act, 1957 (Act 14 of 1957), all acts done, orders passed and sanctions given by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kerala during the period between the second day of June 1961 and the twenty-third day of October 1961, which, under the provisions of the Kerala University Act, 1957 (Act 14 of 1957), or under the Statutes or Ordinances thereunder, may be done, passed or given only by, or with the approval of, the Syndicate of the University of Kerala shall be deemed to have been validly done, passed or given, and the validity of such acts, orders and sanctions shall not be called in question in any court of law on the ground that they have not been done, passed or given by, or with the approval of, the Syndicate. * Received the assent of the Governor on the 23rd day of January, 1963 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 19 dated 24th January, 1963.
