School Governing Council.-- (1) The School Governing Council shall consist of the following members, namely:-- (i) Director of the School, who shall be the Chairman; (ii) Heads of all Departments of the School; (iii) Senior most Teacher of each Department; (iv) Finance Officer or his representative not below the rank of Assistant; (v) not more than five experts in the field nominated by the Vice-Chancellor in consultation with the Director: Provided that such experts shall be invited only when the agenda includes discussion on curriculum revision. (2) The School Governing Council shall meet at least once in a month. (3) More than half of the members shall form the quorum of the Council."
