(1) This Act may be called the Kerala University of [Fisheries And Ocean Studies] Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala. (3) It shall deemed to have come into force on 20th day of November, 2010. Substituted by Act 18 of 2021 published in K. G. Ext. No. 3384 dt. 15/11/2021 (w.e.f. 26/02/2021).
