Repair and watering of streets vested in Board.-Whenever the Board allows any street vested in it to be used for public traffic, it shall- ( a) keep the street in good repair, as far as practicable, and do all things necessary for the safety and convenience of persoru; using it, and (b) cause the street to be watered, if it considers it necessary to do so for the pubhc convenience.
