Transmission to Board of representation by CmjJnration as to improve- ment scheme.-The Comm1sS10ner of the Corporation to whom a copy of a notice has been sent under clause (b) of sub-sec:t ion (2) of sectton 47 shall, w1thm a penod of ninety days from the rec('ipt o( the sa1d copy, forward to the Board any representation which the Cm poration may think fit to make with regard to the scheme.
