Constitution of the Board.-The Board shall consist of lr,n Trustees, as follows:- (n) u Chairman with such qualifications as may be prr.scribed who shall be appointed by the Government ; (b) the D1stnct Collector, Trivandrum, ex-qfficio; (c) 1he Commissioner of the Corporation of Trivnndrum, U• qfficio ; (d) the ChiefTown Planner, ex-officio; {e) the Director of Health Services, ex-officio ; • ' • 12 (f) two members of the Council of the Corporation of Trivan- drum, elected by the Council ; (g) three persons appointed by the Governnient.
