Supply of documents and iriformation to the Government. - ( l) tbe Chairman shall forward to the Government a copy of tho minutes or the proceedings of each meeting of the Board, withm three days from the date of the meeting. (2) The Chairman shall, if so directed by the Government' forward to them a copy of all papers which were laid before the Board for consideration at any rneetmg. (3) The Government may require the Chairman to furnish them with- ( a) any return, statement, estimate, statistics or other infor• mation rega1·ding any matter under the control of the Board, or (b) a report on any such matter, or (c) a copy of any document in the charge of the Chairman.
