Pmalty for removmgfmce, etc., tn street.-Ifany person, without lawful authonty ,- (a) removes any fence or shoriag timber, or removes or extin- guishes any light, set up under section 62, or (b) infringes any order given, or removea any har, chain or post fixed, under sub-section (2) of• ection 63,- he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fut y rupees.
