Rules to be sub;ect to prevtous publuattotl and to be publtShed tn • Gazette.-( I) The power to make rules conferred by secuons 135 and 136 is subject to the condit1on of prevzous publication and no such rules - shall take effect until they have been published m the Gazette. (2) All rules made under th1s Act shall be laid for not less than fourteen days before the Leg1slative Assembly as soon as possible after they are made and shall be subject to such modifications as the Legis· lative Assembly may make durmg the session in which they are so laid or in the session immed1ately following.
